Dr Keyna Omenukor is a certified family nurse practitioner with five years’ experience and 35 years as a registered nurse. She has managed healthcare organizations for over 28 years.

She obtained a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree in 2018 and a Master of Science degree in Nursing in 2015 both from Walden University. Dr Omenukor got her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Dundee, Scotland in 2012, and a certification in Renal Nursing from Kings College London, England.

Dr Omenukor who began her nursing career from Nigeria after graduating from school of Nursing, Queen Elizabeth Hospital Umuahia moved to Australia in 1986 where she worked as a registered nurse at the Royal Canberra Hospital before proceeding to London where she garnered more experience at St Thomas’ Hospital, London.

David Omenukor Foundation is a 501 (C) (3) health based non-profit organization driven by the passion to stop the scourge and devastation of cancer in the world. The Foundation was established in 2014 by the family of the late David Omenukor to immortalize his name following his death in 2013 from colon cancer.

The Foundation’s activities include regular awareness creation on the dangers of cancer, medical missions and outreaches, free cancer screenings, free medical care for a number of chronic diseases, distribution of free reading glasses, and educating people on healthy lifestyle.
